Holy shit as usual, procrastination got the better of me, and i've actually been meaning to update my blog since more than a month ago. Dammit. Here goes.

10 Feb - Watched Santau with Saufi after work. Like finally found someone to watch it with. It's better than the previous malay horror movies.

12 Feb - After work, went to pick Dan, then stopped by Tamp1 to sign up for the North East Run. Then headed to Opera Estate area to play soccer with Taufik and his friends. First time playing there.

13 Feb - Went for SSM rehearsal at Esplanade Underpass as usual. After that went to meet up with Hazim and gang. Ate at BBQ Chicken. Then had a birthday surprise for me and Hakim. Was really surprised and it was unexpected as my birthday was last month. Got my second present yahoo! I'm real happy. Got a wristband and tshirt. So it was a fun and full of laughter at BBQ Chiken, then we went to the pond by Pasir Ris Park swamp to chill before heading walking 1 round the dark swamp and heading home. It was a great evening. =D

16 Feb - Went to climb at Dairy Farm for the first time after climbing or 5 years. Haha. What an experience. It's a real different feeling leading on a rockwall and a natural wall. If i were to slip on a natural wall, my whole body and face would be scrapped against the rough and rocky wall. And it almost did happen. Heh. Love the experience. Wanna climb there again some day.

17 Feb - Went to eat at Pastamania with Syahir and Zul after work. Then watched Little Big Soldier at Ehub. Treating ourselves after getting pay. Heh.

19 Feb - Went to Northpoint and finally watched Percy Jackson with Aishah. Then ate at BK, where Leha and Idam bumped into us. Then saw Siti from a distance. Heh. Played soccer at night at basketball court.

20 Feb - Last training of SSM. Had ADO duty that night.

21 Feb - Went for Accuracy Challenge training with Asraf and Syahid. It was good, just like last year. Got to try air rifle and archery again. Heh. Played soccer at Coral Pri for a while in the evening.

22 Feb - Was ADO again that day, covering Asraf, since he wanted to do my duty on Wed.

23 Feb - Went to MOE at 2pm after my ADO duty. Sign the contract to be a teacher. Yahoo!

24 Feb - Was on off the whole day. Went to Ehub in the afternoon. Met up with Kadir and watched Valentine. Heh. It was a good movie, and a good man date. HAHA. Asked him about his opinions on becoming a teacher, as he's an allied teacher. At night, went to Vivo to meet up with Halim and Adi. Went to St. James Powerhouse. It was Adi's bachelors night. Haha. And the best thing, all 3 of us got in for free, cos 2 of Adi's work friends are members. So we were there on ladies night. Haha it was an experience for me, first time being in a club. Went to railway for teh at 3am before Halim drove us home.

27 Feb - Went for Home Team Accuracy Challenge 2010. Did the 3 different games; air rifle, bowling and archery. I was surprised when my name was called up for the 3rd place individual award. Yahoo! Got a new balance duffel bagg, new balance water bottle, new balance socks, and $50 price money. Yeah! And wasted, my team got 4th place. Well at least i got a price. Heh. But the worst thing was it was only 1 point difference separating me and the second place, and 4 points from the first place. Argh! Went to Siti's place after that. Helped with the set up of the wedding place at the void deck and rewang. Was there the rest of the day. The nikah took place in the afternoon. At night, helped to prepare for the next day. Me, Halim, Nisa, Kaz, Zulie and Nizal overnight at Adi's apartment.

28 Feb - Its Siti and Adi's big day. The persandingan day. We helped out again like yesterday. Did the performance that we rehearsed weekly for Siti and Adi while they are eating. Then the other instructors and us did an impromptu dikir for them. Went home in the evening after helping to pack up. Went to Whitesand and cut my hair no.3. Haha. And gave my nasi minyak to Manso.

That wraps it for Feb. Damn there's a long entry coming up for March. I realized that my knowledge in malay culture is rather shallow, and helping out at Siti and Adi's wedding was an eye-opener for me. Well we're always learning, aren't we.
