7-13 Dec - Went for Singapore Friendship Camp for athletes from all over the world. 2 or 3 students from countries all over the world were sent to attend the camp. The actual camp was 8-12 Dec, but facilitators have to come on the 7 for briefing and to welcome the students who reach Singapore that night. Though the programs could be better, it was a great ad fun camp. It's an eye-opener; interacting with people from all over the world, some from countries i never even heard of, and to share what sport they excel in. My group and buddy group have students from Brazil, Honduras, South Africa, Turkey, Namibia, Uganda, Trinidad, New Zealand, Columbia, Ecuador, Japan, China, Myanmar, and of course in each group there are a few locals. The camp ended on the 12th, but the students have different flight timings, so most of them were around on the 13tth, Sun. So i decided to hang out with them when they went for city tour during the day and to queensway then supper at Jalan Kayu at night. And damn Cheekes and Ameen, from Trinidad and Libya, are crazy, they slurped down 10 small plates of curry between the 2 of them. Haha crazy people. It was a superb camp.

And on 13th morning itself, before meeting the SFC campers att 2ppm, went for a soccer tournament at Meridian JC. We drew all 5 games. Heh. Got 4th place out of 6. It was good exposure for me, cos i've never been in a soccer tournament outside of school before. I was guilty for missing some golden opportunities though. Heh. Oops.

14 Dec - Celebrated Siti's birthday at Nabin's at Arab St area after work. It really feels like yesterday when we celebrated her previous birthday. Time really flies. Love this bunch of friends.

15 Dec - Had a movie date with Rafi after a long time. Watched Couples' Retreat. Quite a funny and good movie.

16 Dec - Watched Avatar at Marina after work, with Faezan, Nisa, Siti, Nizal, Zulie and Kaz. Great movie! Wished we watched it in 3d though.

17 Dec - Went to the library after work. Haha. Finally some alone time.

18 Dec - Met up with Aishah after a long time. As usual, beat her at chess in both games. Haha. Did some catching up.

19 Dec - And finally today. Went to Train-the-trainers program at LDC office today. Its refreshing to have attended it, cos its been a while since i attend any training program. Went to ITE Simei to watch a jazz concert, where Aifa performed, with just Nisa, cos the rest can't make it. The concert was power! The jazz band was super great. And i was checking out the drummer, who also played the guitar and can sing, then i commented that the keyboardist looked nerdy but cool by the way he played, then the pianist who was super good. Till Nisa asked, why in the world am i checking out all the guys instead of girls. Haha. All the people in the band was superb, and so was Aifa's singing with the band playing the music. Great concert. I'm so going for any upcoming jazz concert. Heh. Dropped by the lib again before heading home.

Well tmr is ADO duty 8-am-8pm, then Mon its 24hr duty again till Tues. Then it'll be a whole day with Hazim and gang on Tues. Woohoo. Been a while since we hanged out. Cage soccer and bowling yahooo! Can't wait for Tues. Till then. I am missing someone. But oh well, i'm supposed to stop emo-ing, so i'll do just that. Its been a very eventful 2 weeks. 2010 is around the corner! KL here i come!
